At Divyla, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we work hard to ensure your items are delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1000

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods. 

Packing Video for Your Assurance

At Divyla, we ensure every order is packed with care. For complete transparency, we record a packing video of your order and send it directly to your WhatsApp. This way, you can verify the contents before your package arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window

    We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. The 7-day period begins on the day your product is delivered.

    Eligibility for Returns

    Returns are only accepted for:

    1. Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, you must submit an unboxing video as proof. The video will be reviewed by our team, and only upon approval will a return be initiated.

    2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or size, you are eligible for a return. However, if you ordered the correct size and received the same, you are not eligible for a return or exchange.

    Non-Eligible Returns

    • Customers who simply dislike the product after receiving it are not eligible for a return.

    • Items that have been used, worn, or are not in the same condition as when they were delivered cannot be returned.

    Return Process

    1. Unboxing Video: For damaged or incorrect items, you must record a video while unboxing the package. This video serves as proof and must be submitted to our team for review.

    2. Approval: Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return process and provide further instructions.

    3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions for sending the item back to us.

    Refunds or Exchanges

    • Approved returns will be processed for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange, depending on your preference.

    • Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • If we have delivered the wrong product, we will arrange a pickup within 2 days. However, the return must first be approved by our team.

    • After approval from our end for exchanging products within 2 days you need to send us back & once verification completion we will deliver the exchanged product within 3-5 business days.

     

Eligibility for Returns

  • Not Eligible: Disliking the product after receiving it does not qualify for a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

  • Damaged Items: Submit an unboxing video as proof for damaged products.

  • Wrong Size: Eligible only if you selected the correct size but received the wrong one. If you ordered and received the same size, returns or exchanges are not allowed.
